This calendar is brought to you by the friendly volunteer collective of the Madison Infoshop, c/o Social Justice Center, 1202 Williamson St., Madison, WI 53703. As a volunteer run collective serving the greater WI community, we also offer a safe organizing space with a wide range of activist resources including books, zines, periodicals, videos/DVDs, art supplies, topical files, graphics, megaphones, and button makers. We also host a variety of ongoing reading groups, film discussions, and radically inspired cultural events. The Madison Infoshop is whatever its members wish it to be!

Mx T Clearwater will offer perspectives on rethinking gender and sexuality through Indigenous cultural lenses, introducing key terminology and exploring history between colonizers and Indigenous peoples. Tues. Nov. 21st 9:00 am Inside the WI State Capitol Redistricting Lawsuit Supreme Court Hearing Rally! Wisconsin Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in the Clarke v. Wisconsin Elections Commission redistricting lawsuit at 9:45 am. We want to let them know Wisconsinites want fair maps that equitably represent our communities.
Fri. Nov. 24th and Sat. Nov. 25th 10:00 am ¨C 1:00 pm OM Village (304 N. Third St.) Peace Wreath Workshops Show your anti-war commitment at the holidays while helping us hire students to do campus anti-war organizing in Madison with World Beyond War ¨C A Global Movement to End All Wars! In 2023 we are again offering DIY wreath workshops. It is our 16th year making peace wreaths! We will help you create your own evergreen peace wreath using a variety of fresh, fragrant locally-collected greens, cones, berries, and dried flowers. Suggested donation for the workshop is $50 - $100 per person. Any donation is appreciated, and none is required. Donations will go to OM Village and World BEYOND War to be used to hire students to do campus anti-war organizing in Madison. We will supply materials, and feel free to bring things you collect also.
