Printing failure
Recently I can’t print from certain apps using my iPhone and my iPad. This includes my banking ads and forms from ?various insurance and financial companies. I can print from some other types of apps. I don’t receive any error messages. Nothing happens. |

开云体育Canon did have a driver update which I installed on my MacBook Pro but that didn’t help.More detail: ?I am currently tying to print my credit card statement from my bank app on my iPhone. same thing happens on my iPad. almost nothing. The priny order is sent to my Canon printer. The status screen on the printer lights up and usually it will print the job. Except it doesn’t print and there are no error messages. The printer must think it printed the pages. Restarting the printer and the phone doesn’t help. I can print from my laptop but I generally use the iOS phone and pads. I can do a screen shot and print that but it is difficult for me to read. I have been avoiding logging in to my bank account on my laptop because in the past that was a PIA. But I may do so shortly.

You previously reported: So, you are able to print from your iPad and iPhone, just not from some apps. ?So AirPrint is working on your iPad and iPhone, just not from some apps. ? Are there any updates in the App Store for those apps? ? Have you tried contacting the apps’ vendors about the problem? Are you also printing using AirPrint on your Mac? ? -- Bev in TX |
