Messages for Mac (to sync with iPhone & iPad)


 

Looking for Messages for MacBook Pro that will sync with Messages on my iPhone and iPad.? Messages on my iPhone and iPad (green icon with white dialog bubble) synchronizes between the two devices.? I use it to send and receive texts.? The Mac came with something called Messages (icon is blue dialog bubble with three dots) but it does not sync with the other two devices.? I want "green Messages" (or equivalent) for Mac that can sync with the iPhone and iPad, but can't find it in the app store.? Help please? ?adTHANKSvance!

Thank you, Pat Taylor.? I did all that, but Messages on Mac does not show any of the past messages or contacts that Messages on the iPad and iPhone do.? (They are the same on iPad and iPhone.)? In Messages on the Mac, all I see is Search, To, and a blue rectangle that says New Message.

Try tapping New Message, send one to yourself and see if it shows up on all your devices.
