Re: I'net Radio app suggestion(s)
Good question ! ! !
If I had received replies from the author, I probably would not have needed to seek suggestions from the group. Looking at 29 offerings, ranging from free to $10, in the App Store. I'm sure we all have installed apps that were not worth the time to download, and never used again. ? I am hoping someone has, uses and suggests a worthwhile I'net radio app. Budd Late 2009 21.5" iMac, 16GB RAM, 500GB SSD MacOS 10.13.6 |

I did the same thing about 7 years ago when I got this iMac. I forced myself to learn the iWork apps, and I¡¯m glad I did. I use them exclusively now. Easy to build documents with these apps. Nice looking documents. The only thing missing is a database app. I fill that need with one called ¡¯Tap Forms¡¯. Excellent app. Reasonably priced. It reminds me of the old Symantec Q&A database product of years past. It is easily searched using QBE (Query By Example). A nice plus with Tap Forms is there are apps for Mac AND iOS and all instances of Tap Forms can sync each other. Nice!

Re: Mac tune up. how to find and delete
Howdy.
OK. "Website" means you are using a web browser. This is a suspicious program and could be adware. Adware is not good. Adware is a current plague for both Windows, Linux, and Macintosh. Try Malewarebytes. <> There is a paid version and a free version. The free version should remove this item. I see how to delete history.. I did clear history. I went to google to search how to delete cookies. it says go to preferences ?and go to details. I do not have a tab for details. I went to privacy and blocked cookies but it did not work. Thanks for helping? Sue On Tue, Nov 5, 2019 at 5:52 PM Bob Beckham via Groups.Io <rbeckhm=[email protected]> wrote:

Safari malware!? adsco
Michael Dunn
Anyone else encountered weird redirect(?) issues that seem to involve c.adsco.re? I have a few times, and am getting a bit worried. Googling reveals some info about the domain, but mostly results in pages that want you to use their particular brand of anti-virus. Sigh¡ I did find and delete a cookie from that site, but doubt that¡¯ll be enough to solve the problem.
thx Michael |
Re: make screen smaller--
I am on an older OS, but if Bob's suggestions does not do it, then drag your cursor to top of the screen, and go through the Menu Bar looking for a tab that has an item saying something like "exist full screen", or look in System Prefs for a pref that will allow you to use full screen. In 10.7.5 it is called Mission Control, but I think it changed shortly after that.
