I don't think the keyboard can be the issue.? When the problem occurs it does not matter how many times I try to enter the password, it is refused.? Immediately after a restart, the password works normally again.? Additionally, I'd be a bit worried if the keyboard were to be giving trouble after maybe a month from new.

It's worth trying clearing the caches, it's easy to do and takes little time.? It will take a while to know whether it has been a cure, however.? This has only happened twice so far, it *appears* to be random ie I have yet to identify a specific trigger, who knows when it might occur again!
