Tony, that is about as simple a spreadsheet using a formula as can be.?
Only cells in column G or Balance should have a formula in them. With the exception of the first entry in the balance cell. You have to carry that one forward and enter it manually. ??
The rest of the cells should be manual entries.?

Tony, spreadsheets aren¡¯t actually that mysterious once you get the basics. You have a table or grid comprising a number of columns across and rows down. The header row is simply the top row, cells A1 to G1
I don¡¯t recall the extra column. Is that Column H?
I¡¯d hate that you would have to start over. I¡¯m sure we can fix this.
