Printing problems with IOS update

 

Hi Everyone,

I¡¯m hoping one of you can point me in the right direction to solve this problem. I see HP charges for customer service calls beyond the warranty and I¡¯d like to avoid that, if possible.

Since updating to the latest IOS on my iPad and iPhone , I¡¯m no longer able to print. I¡¯m using an HP Envy 4512. From the printer, I see it¡¯s on the network, but when I try to print I¡¯m told ¡°printer not found.¡± I have unplugged the modem, the router, and the printer, waited 10 minutes before plugging them back in. No luck. I¡¯m on Spectrum for internet.

I¡¯ve, also, done some google research and don¡¯t see that anyone else has had the same problem.

Penny,

I had the same thing a few months ago with an Epson printer. I finally deleted the printer & reinstalled. That solved the problem.
