Tough question. Just some brainstorming here... Everyone has a different risk aversion level. I never buy the AppleCare. If a machine dies it just gives me the excuse to buy the latest and greatest.

Of course there¡¯s a back door known to the ISP. That¡¯s how they do remote upgrades and support. Who knows what else they can do through their back door? L^2
