I currently use A2 Webhosting for my website. In 2021 I paid $215.00 for three years. Today they want over $700.00 for three years - a little more than 3 and 1/2 times the amount from three years ago.

Maybe you have Infrared clean turned on in the Filter menu. This will cause an extra infra-red pass that VueScan uses for its own clone of the Digital ICE dust and scratch mitigation. L^2 PS/ VueScan
