Not familiar with Grid Tracker. But Fldigi and WSJT-X run well on most versions of Linux. It would be simpler to install those natively on a Linux system. Maybe somebody here can give you suggestions

I am very happy with CQRlog on my Mint 21.3 machine. Do a search on the CQRlog forum keyword "mariaDB" for instructions on a successful install. It requires mariaDB, not MYSQL.
