Hi Milind, With "Add Tracks and Vias" selected, right click while laying track (or in-the-open) before starting a track and hover over "Select Track Width", then move mouse to desired track width

That confused me too at the beginning.. In PCBnew, two options: top menu->design rules->design rules->global design rules->custom track widths or top menu->design rules->design rules->net class
