This video is from a movie,?George White's "Scandals" a 1945 American film, which came out in?October 10, 1945. I don't know the details or logistics of the ending of WWII.? It didn't just end overnight ....nor does a movie get made overnight. I suspect societies all over the world knew the end of the war was imminent .....so perhaps everyone was in a good party mood(?)
