My logger 32 has been hanging up for some time now for no reason. For example, I want to enter a new QSO or click on the rotor control. It stops responding and I can't close it even with Ctrl+Alt+Del. I need to restart my computer. Any suggestions?? sp5ewx

Fixes/changes for this release include: Fixed a bug on the WAZ award window where Confirmed/Granted zones were not showing correctly. If the Slave port is configured for Kenwood radio, the FR0; command (Set VFO-A) is no longer sent with the frequency when the primary radio is QSYd. The menus on the Tracking Window and NCDXF Beacons Windows to select Miller cylindrical projection maps have been changed to Equidistant cylindrical Projection. No need to change the maps, it is just the menu captions that were wrong. Ver 4.0.54 of the CW Machine is included in this update. It corrects a typographical error on the Software keyer setup window. Previously the Shift+DX Spot click to send the frequency to VFO-B or the SO2R only worked for the DX Spot Window and the BandMap. Changes have been made so it now works with the Monitor BandMaps as well. Also, you can use Shift+DX Spot click, Ctrl+DX Spot click, or Alt+DX Spot click. Added a 'Dark Mode' theme to the Logbook Entry Window. For DXpedition alerts that do not provide IOTA information, and the IOTA can not be derived from the prefix, Try this practical example to address the problem. First let me state that I do not think this is a Logger32 issue! I thought I'd poll the group for some advice! I have been using a Navigator interface in the same configuration for digital modes including FT8 etc for years. Suddenly today when I tried FT8 I got the following message "An error opening the audio input device has occurred." I checked the audio source selection (USB Audio Codec) and all is well. I checked device driver and all the ports "seem" good. In addition, I could transmit an FT8 signal using the Navigator interface. After several Win10 reboots but before going further and re-installing the Navigator ports I decided to try another rig. This time I used my QMX+ qrp rig with a BUILT-IN sound card. After setting up the QMX+ I received the same error? I tried both rigs using JTDX outside of Logger32. The same error? The fact that the error seems independent of the sound card is baffling and suggests that neither Logger32 nor the Navigator interface is the issue and it might be a Windows10 problem?? Hi all Has anyone had any issues with losing telnet connection using logger 32 ? I have tried various servers but still cannot get a connection on the bottom task bar i have previously never had any issues but now i am racking my brains and can’t find an answer, it maybe firewall related but i have changed nothing on my laptop it also does not work on my back up laptop neither which also used to work with no problem Any ideas welcome Regards Mark M0UTD

I've forgotten the way to get the entry in the STATE field to automatically capitalize like the first letter in the name and QTH fields. Also, FWIW a recent Win 10 update required that I run Logger32 as ADMIN and also in Win 8 Compatibility mode. Just sayin. Thanks, Dave WB2PJH

I have worked HD8G a total of 20 times. Previously all of my QSOs with HD8G were showing up in the previous QSOs window when I typed the call sign into the QSO window. Now as of about 1 hour ago, only 2 QSOs are showing up in the previous QSOs window and these QSOs took place after all of the other QSOs stopped showing up in the previous QSOs window. All QSOs with HD8G still appear in the logbook, worked/confirmed window, and show with an X as being previously worked in the DX Spot window. All other call signs appear to show up in the previous QSOs windows as they should. Could anyone give me any ideas as to why these QSOs aren't showing up in the previous QSOs windows like the rest?? I can not get the antenna switch to function. I have read earlier comments regarding this subject without any solution. My computer use Windows 11 Pro. It is equipped with an extension card, ASIX PCIe to Multi Mode Parallel Port (LPT1). And yes, I have read the manual. The "Band and Modes", page 41-45, and the "Antenna Switch" is configured as described in the manual, section 42.1.3. The Antenna Switch is configured with the adress found in the device manager, EEF8. Configured with the adress &EFF8 "Pin 14 (Radio Switch)" LED is green. All " Antenna Selected " LED?s are red. In the Logger32 manual, page 886, is a testing procedure described. I have tried it, no LED turns green. The Antenna Switch function was OK in my earlier Windows 10 computer.
