Teething pains transferring to Win 11 on a new computer
New computer, new SSD, with my old HDD installed as G: drive.
Got Logger up and running, everything transferred over, (Have multiple copies of backups & complete Logger 32 folder squirreled away on various devices.)
Got TQsl installed and transferred onto the new SSD.
Problem is now regarding LogSync. I can't swear 100% that it was working, but I'm pretty sure it was, although i didn't upload or download anything, at least it seemed to be OK.
Now, when i start Logger32, it starts, (is still loading), then starts Logsync, then Logsync freezes, then about 2 or 3 seconds later, Logger32 disappears from the screen, leaving me with a frozen Logsync screen.
I assume I should uninstall Logsync, and see what happens then.
Any advice on anything to try before I uninstall Logsync?

I Uninstalled L32Logsync using windows uninstall function.
Now, I get : Error#53: File not found. Failed to start utility program #1. (Yeah, I deleted it.)? Click OK.?
Logger continues to load until: "Check Database sync."
Then it disappears off the screen.
If I download and install L32, as is, will it overwrite and fix the existing problem, hopefully, or should I delete all of L32 and start over??
I realize this forum is for L32 issues, not an online class in computers, but any advice is appreciated.
I have version 4.0.334 so I'm aware I am one update behind.
Thanks in advance, Mike

PS: I have scoured the Help section, particularly 2.8 and 2.9, but am still unsure whether to delete or try to overwrite.? |
Try section 2.12 (page 68) of the help file. SeventyThree(s).

Merci beaucoup! I only had 3 more sections of the help file to go before I stumbled on it. On Fri, Mar 7, 2025 at 7:10?PM Bob via <k4cy=[email protected]> wrote:
