I'd definitely go for a 'native' Windows11 system, one designed and certified for W11, as MicroShaft is withdrawing support for Win10. Keep an eye on the used tech market for corporate hand-me-downs.

John - i don't use a laptop. Use Dell Optiplex 5060 sff desktop with win 11 pro. Runs just fine on 11 with that set up. Never had a hiccup! Also runs wjst and wjtx with my IC-7600. again no troubles.
