In your example, Logger32 uses the ADIF fields NAME and QTH, not NAME_INTL and QTH_INTL The ADIF fields NAME and QTH use ASCII characters 32 to 126. The NAME_INTL and QTH_INTL use UTF-8 encoded

HI John, once I did the OQRS request I flag also the QSL sent and this will write the date in the QSL_SENT field. I guess that if you request a QSL online, you are not going to send also paper QSL.
