Reinstalling Logger32 might help if if has become corrupted but "shutting down immediately" smells to me like the DEP issue. Check the Logger32 user manual

I hit reply before finishing what I wanted to say about the station_data file. Logsync uses this file to know what station you are working with. It fills the Drop down with the callsigns from this
