GARY - From the screen view you posted, I think your beta crew member is still running Windows 7.? Yes, some MS upgrades to Win10 did allow the user to incorrectly retain the previous Win7 control

Hello again all, I have narrowed the problem down to 3 Awards, DXCC, DXCC Challenge and IOTA, all other Award windows work OK in the rogue GENERIC QSO WINDOW, i.e QSO's are shown in the GENERIC QSO

The DXCC award report works as expected for me e.g. If your award reports are empty or incomplete, the usual cure is to recalculate statistics

Ian, a long shot; I believe each configuration will have its own Band Mode Table. Compare the table for the rogue config with the other working ones and look for any anomalies / variations. -- 73,
