Re: Stop DX Spot Window - Radio Sync
In this extract from the radio debug window, there is a single command (highlighted in red) to the radio to change frequency/mode.
?
The two green lines are not commands to the radio, they are progress messages internal to Logger32 that report the QSY marker has been set to the DX Spot frequency. The DX Spot marker is what Logger32 uses to determine if, after a DX Spot, the user has turned the VFO more than a preset amount, and the radio must automatically be QSYd back where it was before the DX Spot click. This is a user option that can be turned off/
?
The blue line is not a command to the radio, it is simply a report of how long it took to process the DX Spot click. In this example it looks like your PC does not process precision timer information.
?
Why do want to click on a DXSpot and not QSY the radio? SeventyThree(s).

L32Sync to Clublog upload in RealTime, Issue
Hi friends,
De Mohan VU2DCC/KD2DC.?
I was using Logger32 (4.0.337) and L32LogSync (v2.0.19.8) for about a year now, every thing was working perfectly, LOTW, QRZ and CLUBLOG upload in real time after each QSO. But last 2 days CLUBLOG update is not happening. L32sync? message pops up saying an
error in uploading. I tried with “Debug” ON , and the message is “The remote server returned an error: error 500, internal server error”
My settings checked and all seem good, Clublog password good. I can still do ADIF Export from Logger32 and then update to CLUBLOG, both from inside Logger32/L32LogSync,? so the problem is only for REAL time upload after each QSO. (It is still OK for LOTW (and
QRZ)).
Any help appreciated. CLUBLOG has some new restrictions, may be?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Good afternoon and ciao,
I want to share with you, Friends of N1MM, CWOps, Logger32 and others, a really strange thing that in 50 years of Radio and 45 of Contest has never happened to me! I will start by saying that I operated on 10m, on Saturday, 546 Qso, from IB9T which is at 480m a.s.l., High Power, 6el rotary yagi at 23m from the ground and 4el yagi fixed to EU. The propagation was really bad and really “strange”, like I have never seen before.
ASIA: I would say that it was the only continent that perfectly respected the various antenna directions, i.e. JA, UA, UA0 and so on, at about 45°.
EUROPE: morning, very strange, from whatever direction the signals came, the only way to listen well was with an antenna to NE; from the Spanish, to the French, to the Germans, HB9 and then of course the various SP, LY, YL, ES, YO etc etc, qso possible only with antenna to NE and only with the highest yagi! Afternoon: Qso with EU possible only with high antenna in PY direction, abt 220°/250°, which for Sicily means long path with EU!
AFRICA: no problem, also for the low quantity of qso always easily possible with antenna towards South.
SOUTH AMERICA: qso short path, abt 230°/250°, very early opening already in the late morning, since there was no opening at all with the USA/VE;
OCEANIA: good presence with antenna at 90°/110°
NORTH AMERICA: really strange, no VE, not even one! 10 Qso in total, 2 with WP3Z and VP5M and 8 USA! (on 10m, usually the qso with NA are several hundred!) Note: here in Sicily the VE/USA start to arrive around 11z, so every now and then with the high yagi I made some calls around 320°, but no one ever answered to me, except for some EU/UA0 long path.
The strange thing with the NA, never happened to me in so many years of contest: all 8 qsos with the USA were possible only and exclusively with my antenna towards South America, 220°/240° (LU/PY direction). If I tried to listen better to the really low signals from those directions, turning the antenna towards the "right direction" i.e. 310°/330°, the USA signals literally disappeared and the qso was not possible! I remember in particular the qso with N4OX, 11:45z and already path with the PY/LU wide open even if really very early, USA signal really low so I try to turn to 300° towards Georgia but N4OX disappears. So I go back towards SW (LU/PY), I make CQ again, he answers me again and with difficulty we manage to hear the respective progressive numbers! The situation for the whole afternoon and until the evening remains the same: all the various qsos and from any part of the world, were possible with the high yagi in the SW direction; South America at S9+20, the rest of the world EU, UA, UA9, UN, JA etc at about S 5/7, but well understandable long path!
It never happened that the NA arrived in Sicily via South West ONLY, giving them the side of the my beam! ?
I would like to know your opinion, to understand a little more, thanks!

So, every morning (UK local time) in May the file is updated. June 1st. will be a Sunday. So, every Sunday morning (UK local time) in June the file will be updated.

Typically there are in the order of 350 new LoTW users added to the file every week. Enjoy. 73.

One final thought on this subject - There are two menus to download the LoTW user data.
?
?
The upper option is a simple list and will/does not generate ToolTips. The lower option (from Club Log) provides information about most recent access date, and can/will generate ToolTips.
?
After clicking the lower menu option, check these three options, then download the file from Club Log (the lower download menu). You will notice the process is very different to the simple file download from HB9BZA.
