I have sent you a complete new County database (9 files) by WeTransfer. Unzip all the files into the default Logger32 directory. If Logger32 still does not run, then you need to do a full install over

OK, let's try this. In the Logbook Entry Window the Band/Mode/Frequency comes from the radio. If the radio is on 1400.1, the Band will be 20m and the mode will be CW. If you QSY the radio to 14250.0

Again, my apologies. I still don't understand. If you have an ADIF file of your logs, why not simply import the file? See section 3.1 (Page 90) of the help file. SeventyThree(s).
