Re: COMport: Band tracking data
Hi, I need Your expertise on the Slave port set-up,?because I feel something I may have set incorrectly.? I have not yet connected?the amplifier to?the port, so its response to the commands is still unknown to me. The Slave port set-up is as follows: It resulted in following the frequency changes of VFO A: and it is how the radio port has been configured: My questions: 1. Should? 2. Is there a way to forward frequency data to the slave port ? ? while using WSJT-x connected to Logger32 via the UDP port and the Radio-port closed, ? ? please?

Re: COMport: Band tracking data
... or, if your amplifier doesn't/cant read CAT frequency commands, then you could use the serial port antenna switch which allows you to program whatever serial data your amplifier needs. SeventyThree(s).

Re: COMport: Band tracking data
Pete, thank You very much indeed! It is a 15 pos. D-Sub on the Amplifier?as the Amp can use?some five or six?serial data formats. I have already prepared a COMport-D-Sub interface cable for a Kenwood protocol, which I considered most commonly used on amplifiers. So, I need to test that configuration... Big thanks, again, for the hint... Best regards, Alec?

COMport: Band tracking data
Hi, I had been often asked about that,?and now,? I am facing the question myself: How to get the band data out from Logger32, so that it can be used for an amplifier to follow the band the Radio/Logger32 is on? Naturally, getting that directly from the radio is not possible?as there is no such an option,? so the only way to make it is using a PC's COMport. Perhaps there is some kind of bridge-software or so, please? Best regards, Alec SP2EWQ |
L32 LogSync feature request, QO-100 Dx Club upload
Hello Rick
Sorry for posting this question a second time (first time on your website), but I thought this place might be more suitable for a possible discussion... if you allow it. I am a short time member of the QO-100 Dx Club and I found a way to automatically upload QSOs to the club website, just like I do on LOTW, QRZ etc. There is an API on the qo100dx.club website that could do this. Is there a chance that this could be implemented in L32 LogSync? Maybe as an extension of the Webside upload function? API documentation: An example of how it could look like is Log4om:
Thank you very much for your time and for the great add-on for Logger32, I use it every day... every QSO :-) ?

Re: error on 4.0.335
Do not do a QRZ lookup for VU4AX.?Or, Click VIEW menu, then UNcheck ENABLE ERROR TRAPPING. Or, read the messages on this reflector. SeventyThree(s).

Look at page 81 of the help file and set the Logger32.exe compatibility mode to Windows 7.

Re: VU4AX not like by Logger32
The latitude/longitude for VU4AX received from QRZ is a non-numeric value. This is causing the error. It is fixed for the next auto-update. SeventyThree(s) .

VU4AX not like by Logger32
Hello,
?
It's some times that I have a regular problem with logger32 :?
"Error 13 (Type incompatible) in procedure doDisplayQRZ of module mQRZ.? Error line 490? Logger32:4.0.335"
?
?
and after several times, the message say "Too many errors. Error checking temporarily disabled"
?
?
I NOW found the raison, and I can product it each time I want :
It's only when I click on VU4AX callsign (on bands maps or DX spots window) !
?
Can you help me to solve this strange problem ?? The text inside QRZ Lookup windows maybe contain invalid caracters ??
?
Tnx,

¿ªÔÆÌåÓýSTATUS=AUTH&RESULT=AUTH&REASON=invalid api key &EXTENDED= Is a direct return from the QRZ server. For some reason it thinks your API Key is different than what is being sent to the server.. 73 Rick N2AMG On 3/13/2025 2:00 AM, Mark via
