Not a sound wager, The 100¦¸ MOF resistors we use in our suppressor retrofit kits are 20mm long and they have c. 11nH of inductance. You would do well to read Fred Terman's chapter on inductance. >

With the 4cx3000A, most of the noise comes from the exhaust side of the variegated anode cooling fins. The sound made is similar to wind blowing through pine trees. R L Measures, AG6K, 805.386.3734
