I have played around with the ZOC TN3270 emulator, EE V1.2.5. could handle 200 columns and 81 lines at first glance. There were warning messages on exit about memory overwrites though. I have seen many hard coded limits in the EE sources, this has to be reworked if (or when ?) multiple logical screens are introduced.
