Workshop Break tool combo? countdown + YouTube + image

Help?

I'm looking to up my game for a remote workshop break next week. I've been using for the countdown and YouTube for music videos, and then using the Zoom option to share just a part of my screen, so they both show neatly in a frame.

But now I need to add a little text - or, ideally, a pretty image of that text. Is there an elegant way to integrate all of these - countdown timer?+ YouTube video?+ image - where I can just set something up, click go, and then have it run, while also not having it monopolize most of one of my screens? I tried on Miro, but I can't find a big timer, and there seems to not be an option to embed an entire YouTube playlist, just one video, so I'd have to advance to each embedded video manually - not possible for my multi-tasking busy self.

Current set-up attempt below - functional but challenging to set up correctly in the moment and anything but elegant.

Hello,?Sarah, thanks for sharing that brilliant idea for combining a?timer + YouTube album.? I needed something like that!

In response to your question, I spent about 15 minutes playing around and?made a? using a custom HTML page on QiqoChat.? It?combines a timer that?I found online at TickCounter with a YouTube?playlist.

The timer is one webpage that embeds two webpages?inside (YouTube + TickCounter), and to make it useable is necessary to change the size of the browser?once you open it... make your browser narrow, hover over the top half (the page from TickCounter), and then scroll down so that the countdown numbers are showing like this:
Screen Shot 2021-07-08 at 11.09.20 PM.png

Anyone here is welcome to share and use that timer; even multiple people using it at the same time will not affect each other.

If you would like to create a similar timer on?Qiqo with a different playlist, you can follow along with this?, and here is a where you can see that the tutorial is quick -- just copying and pasting embed code from two places.

If you're interested in?facilitators and event professionals sharing more tips like these with each other, ?(free).? We will use liberating structures for participatory sessions on these four themes:
  • Remote
  • Hybrid
  • Community Building
  • Facilitation

Hello,

An easy way is to do it through Keynote or Powerpoint

Lucas for the win - thank you!!! Rather, maybe 90% of the win. How might we add custom text onto this page as well? For example, I often share a simple to a folder of shared resources or a Miro "gallery" or a poll during the break.

Also, for those of you who want to use the African Conference break playlist put together by a colleague and Qiqo-ed with a timer:
