Ikebana: a virtual retreat #facilitation

If you would like to start September fresh and connected with peers, exploring different territories of being a Present, Powerwise and Playful facilitator, I would love to welcome you to Ikebana: a virtual retreat for advanced facilitators.

Ikebana is the Japanese modern art of arranging flowers, of harmonizing humanity and the (natural) world. A living art which changes and is informed by the culture and the times. I chose this term for the retreat because facilitation to be is like a search of balance between different elements, in and outside the room.
A while ago I shared on the need for creating boundaries so spaces for more autonomy and freedom can become possible. This mash-up of concepts from the East and the West has pushed me even further me in creating a learning journey like this for the advanced facilitators.
