Thanks so much for bringing us together today, Michelle, and thank you to everyone who shared their experiences.
At the end of the event, the feeling was that we have plenty more to learn. Towards that end, we've scheduled two more gatherings on this topic.? (Michelle, Fernando, Jeanne, anyone - please let me know if you see errors in the setup!)
July 26: Experiments with Hybrid Facilitation
Bring an experiment and we'll try it out! If you can assemble?an in-person team to join, that would be extra-bonus awesome.
September 16: What do we know now?
Today we talked, in July we'll play, and in September, we'll converge. What's emerged as a core best practice? What's a minimal viable setup? Is this getting any easier? Let's find out.
Click the links above to see details, RSVP, and add these dates to your calendar.?

Even while I've been silent, I just wanted to say how happy I am as y'all make this happen!
I missed a few messages to approve in a timely manner as I'm on a bit of a break. Anyone want to co-moderate this group? :)

Hi Everyone,? It was a great discussion and thanks to all who shared and joined in!? We are going to keep building on the Mural over time which captured some of the points - see . I wanted to bring forward a strange thing that happened during the event as a cautionary note and perhaps also something someone might know how to manage better or be able to explain. During the online meeting, otter.io from someone's account was recording / transcribing the meeting on their platform. Interestingly, the person who held the account was unaware this was happening and was not even attending our meeting. The transcription has since been deleted as no one had provided permission and I prefer we agree to that before recording / transcribing. However, its still worth mentioning as we need to be aware and cautious that useful apps have this potential and thus as a meeting host, things may be happening in the background that we should make visible and mention upfront so that everyone is aware.? Looking forward to the July discussion / hybrid meeting in practice!? Have a great week,? Michelle -- michellelaurie.com connect@... Strategy-Assessment-Engagement-Faciltation

Thanks much for the update?Michelle and for the heads up with Otter, I use Grain and it's a by-default setting, these apps love to record all meetings to show their benefits, right? We must be cautious?not letting them work unsupervised, I agree.?
On the other?hand, when you mention the next meeting, it's the 26 July meeting proposed by Elise in a previous?message, right??
I am all set and hope to attend next time.
Best wishes
