Experimental Event: Using Ecocyle to plan 4 going online, Friday March 13 7am PDT

I don't have a lot of cloud storage on Zoom. Is anyone in the group willing/able to take a recording, convert and upload to YouTube so I can then delete the recording on my cloud drive? Or have pull w/ Zoom to give me some cloud space? THANKS Ecocycle Online - How to assess and determine useful options for moving your meetings, work and events online in the time of Covid-19. This is an experimental session. Come prepared to learn, work and give feedback! My plan is to have one person/group who wants to look strategically on moving online right now to do their ecocycle in a small team while we watch, breakout to give advice, then reflect on the process. I hope we can do it in 60 minutes but it might take 90 since this is a prototype. I may have one org ready, but if you or you know of an appropriate org, ping me. Check your times) - We have some amazing folks from the World Food Programme who are going to ecocycle live with us their move to moving more meetings online. The moment to stop, step back and look at the systems view. Thanks to Enrica Porcari and Fiona Chandler. I'm trying to put events into the group calendar as well.?

Three questions:? 1) Do we have a document with a flow/schedule? (incl. size of break-out groups...) 2) What about having a Google Doc for written harvest? I am happy to set one up, just need to know whether it makes sense or not.? 3) Do we want/need a participants list?? Great to hear that people have stepped in to share their work!!
Nancy White All Messages By This Member #81 Thanks for asking about process. Friday will be more Fishbowl, Thursday with TRIZ will be breakouts. So alas, I asked for help for the wrong one.? Elana is recording I can still use a tech facilitator?on Thursday. I am working on slides, flow doc and report out templates and will have them ready by end of Wednesday. I'll have the GDocs etc set up.? I now am going to co-facilitate a now blended online/F2F event for the next 1.5 days so I'll have stories and experiences to share over the weekend.
