Change your Digital Hobbyist delivery to "Digest" to cut down on individual emails
Hello,
If you are concerned about an excessive number of emails from DH or other IO Groups, you can change your email delivery from "Individual Messages" to "Digest". You will then receive one email every 12 posts, or one email per day (if there are less than 12 new posts) rather than 12 separate emails. Select "Subscription", then make one of the choices below. I personally use "Full-Featured Digest" and am satisfied with it.? -- Regards, Charlie New Jersey, USA SATTINGER¡¯S LAW: It works better if you plug it in. |
Thank you Charlie, you are my wizard with words , my William Shakespeare. I just cut metal with the digital stuff. Also a big thanks for all forum members. it's been a crazy week, from zero posts in April till now,? So nice to read we have not all been taken to the great digitalhobbyist machine shop in the sky, but this?pandemic has thrown many curveballs at us, , will it ever end, no I believe not not in 50 years, IMHO But as we hobbyist engineers? can always work around some most obscene?situations?god throws at us, be it Climate change, horrendous storms, Covid etc.? For those that have taken offence to my reality check, then I apologise and it is not necessary to? say '' hello" after every 30 days. Those unsubscribed , then please do not hesitate to rejoin.?? As it?could be a double?loss situation, as we forum members do not know what you know, and you will not know what the latest whiz bang digital thing will be in the future. oh well, win some lose some. When living currently in a family terminal illness situation, it is natural to count the cost of future expenditure? as a loss of?life in a family budget is also a loss of monthly income.? I do not want any financial contributions to continue this forum , just a confidence support and the many recent thumbs up gives me this for us all continuing not to be just?a group?of intelligent people , but a privileged group of members of an exclusive digital hobbyist? family. Stay well, stay safe, and importantly be happy especially within the family.? and keep us posted on any digital subject you care to discuss, without of course the mention of politics, religion etc. Even me, as??not to be? PC ??? ,?? accepts and respects these fundamental human rules.?? Thanks John? On Fri, 23 Jul 2021 at 12:39, CLevinski <clevinski@...> wrote:
