The thread I forgot
Combing through my emails, I finally found the thread that has been eluding me trying to remember it.? And now I'm baffled as to how I could've forgotten it.? :( ? As I've said, I've been having memory problems in recent months.? It's very frustrating.? I will know that I know something but I cannot bring it to mind.? Sometimes I can if I think long enough I can remember it, but it's like a random thing.? I'll never know if I'll succeed in remembering it until either I do or I don't.? The other problem is that it's often hard for me now to keep focused on things.? If I get distracted, I lose my focus and forget what I was working on.? I'm afraid it's just old age taking it's toll and that there may not be anything I can do about it except to try and keep notes on things and hope that I don't forget where I put the notes. ? ?- Scheherezade - ? As Sam stood lost in thought she realized she needed to find Jaimie. She obviously had hurt his feelings and that was not her intention...even if he did kind of hurt hers. But she was sure that wasn't his intention either. Jaimie was a sweet kid and she needed to let him know that there were no hard feelings between them. Especially if She was going to stay on here and potentially run the bed and breakfast, she needed Jaimie as an ally.? She was jus thinking of going to find him when, Callum appeared standing below the balcony. She waved at his call. And smiled a soft sweet smile at his suggestion. Hollywood listened to Ariein and looked at the box, not really seeing it, but waved Isibel forward to take it. Once the box was received, Hollywood spoke to Ariein, "I had not forgotten. My we speak privately, Ariein?"

Ariein? Arien frowned. He actually did not want to go anywhere with her. Not after what she had just said to him. He had never given up hope to find her. It wasn't until he stopped feeling her. When all his senses had no awareness of her that he accepted the fact that she was dead. That had hurt him so much. She was his sire and that fact that she was going. For many many years, he felt lost and adrift. When he Bryon....he had purpose again.? "Of course Prince Hollywood," he said waiting for her to lead him.? |

"Mickey please. Very well, I know just what to prepare. Now, you two will sit on the patio where the breeze will bring some relief from the warm sand, while I prepare your meal." She said as she walked to a patio that overlooked the ocean.

Once they were seated, Mickey headed off then one of the serving maids brought them a caraft of water, a mug of ale for Draven and a mug of sweet juice for Khada.

"I am pretty sure she will not be preparing anything with fish." Draven made comment to Khada in regards to the food.

?Khadashee Khadashee took Draven's hand as she walked with him to the patio. The breeze was nice in the setting sun. "It really is pretty here. It reminds me almost of home," Khadashee said. With a shrug of her own Carmen walked with Rhemy to the outside. As the sun had set the evening had cooled off and there was a pleasant breeze blowing off of the water.?

"I was in need of a long overdue vacation and luckily my job is transportable, as long as there is the internet." She said with a smile. "How about you?" She gave a wave to the waiter who then brought out a couple of bottles of her family's wine.

"A wedding," Rhemy said, pointing over the dance floor a group of women gathered hooting and hollering as they danced. "You see the one with the kiss me I'm the bride banner on. I guess she belongs to me. The wedding is Sunday and I am sure not really even certain why I came." Rhemy said? And although we never stopped looking for you, it would seem you casually forget us, Hollywood." His tone went very formal then. "I bring you greetings from Bastion Wu, the Prince of Lousianna. He wanted to let you know that he was most happy to hear that you had awakened and he looks forward to one day soon you joining him in New Orleans. I am to give you this." he said pulling out a long sword box. "This is the sword from the House of Phillips. It is meant to be a token of friendship and camaraderie. Do you have anything you would like me to tell him upon my return? I was given orders to relay any message you require." I must tell you, I am so famished and he has painted such a delectable picture of I do not care what I eat. I just know it must be prepared by you. Oh and I do not eat pork." she said as she walked with the woman. "Is there anything you would recommend after eating ship's fair for the past three months" (Draven/Mickey) "Mickey please. And even if she were...shrugged. "They'll be fine," she said "There are more than enough of them to take care of the bride. My duties don't start until the wedding day." Rhemy moved with Carmen to the table near the outside pool. "So, tell me, Carmen. How is it that you find yourself in Jamaica?" He had been making his rounds through the club. Taking in name sights and sounds. Learning who was around him understanding the players. It had been a while since he had been at court. Hating all of the pomp and circumstances that involved any of this. Hated that he had to be forced to do this. He was dangerously close to leaving without making any formal introductions¡that was until he saw who he was to meet. until he saw who was standing in front of him. He saw who this newly awakened Prince was. She was alive. After all this time...all of his worry. She was alive...But she didn't smell the same. He humphed. "it's been so long that you do not remember the face or scent of one of your children?" (Hollywood) Hollywood looked the man over and then rose from the throne and approached him. "I do not have children. I had a couple of childer, once. Are you one of them returned?" She stepped from the dias and stepped closer to him, she looked him in eyes and searched her memory. "Ariein?" Draven held her tight and stroked her head as she cried and apologized. Then, "all is well my love. We are together again. I was always here just unaware, but I am aware now."
At that moment they were bathed in a warm light. Draven looked at it and felt the peace beyond. "Come my dear, it is time for is to go." He reluctantly released her from his embrace and slid his arm around her waist to start leading her to the light.
