"I didn't want to face you having failed you once again.? You will be and make a great leader."? He couldn't blame her for having his job taken away.? It was his fault.? Those that thought he would step up better after his role was taken away apparently didn't understand him all.? So he actually keep quiet during the scenario and he had been too flirty going through the exercise instead of commanding those there.? Once he had been demoted he just kind of gave up.? He knew that.? So that wasn't a leader thing to do.
