Re: CHRISTMAS QUIZ 2

Hi Tony

My guesses below...

1) Mexborough & Swinton livery

2) 73 native Olympians of which I think at least 3 had donor roofs fitted

3) First Leeds ran one of the 3 duties, YTC the other 2

4) Tates ran it in their usual manner, think it was the X30

5) Probably Crimewatch in Rotherham

6) True

7) 906 (Volvo B7TL)

8) 76 + 77

9) BMCs 101-106

10) Trent

Hi Joe

?

I'm not sure if it (and K 9 YTB) ever had a 'fixed' allocation at Barnsley.? They arrived as part of an influx?of 2nd hand vehicles in 2003/4 (including the B10Bs, Volvo Olympians, K-YCL Leylands etc) to see off the older Olympian/ECWs so often in the latter days of Tracky it was pretty much 'anything goes'!

?

I seem to recall them being on the 14 (Barnsley - Hospital - Gilroyd) and Barnsley - Darfield (68) a fair bit, but sure I suffered one on a 222 (Barnsley - Wath - Doncaster) at least once too!
