I would appreciate assistance with the handwriting, especially the pseudo Latin, on the attached jpg.

I have no problem reading the name of the groom at the top: “William Bell of Foston in County of York”, but don’t want to guess at the next 2 (3?) words.

Also, the 3 lines at the bottom of the page: I think I understand the first 2 lines, but don’t want to guess at any of this.?

The marriage was actually performed at Foston (I have the image).
