No transmit audio

We are using it only as an HF SSB rig for conversing with the National Hurricane Net and other NWS offices around us.? No digital, not using it on VHF/UHF.. The problem we have with it is no transmit audio.? We get a carrier in AM mode but no modulation. No output at all on SSB. I've tried two mics with no luck.? The Moni functon does have audio so it is getting into the audio section.? RF output is a full throttle and Mic gain has no effect. ? It's a simple setup.? Audio and PTT through the mic jack.? No CAT control, no digital - just using it as a SSB station right now. ? I would appreciate any suggestions before I crack the case.? It's going to be a bit difficult since I don't have the manual and can't find a readable schematic and board layout on the web (too low resolution to be helpful). I would also appreciate a copy or high res scan (1200dpi+) of the manual (willing to pay a reasonable price). TIA for any help you can provide. ?
