We have an FT-847 at our NWS office we want to use as an HF SSB rig. The problem is no transmit audio. In AM mode we have a carrier but no modulation.? No output at all in either USB or LSB mode.?

I e-mailed Yaesu USA recently, looking for documentation on the FT-847 jumper settings.? They courteously replied, saying that the radio is no longer supported and gave me a link for foxtango.org.?
