Financial statement as of 1-20-2024

Happy New Year and Good Morning to all, Just?a friendly reminder that our 2024 club dues are do now so bring your wallet, purse and checkbook to our next meeting. If I'm retained as Treasurer and you're unable to make it to our meeting you may send them directly to me. Please make check out to GRRAA, my address is PO BOX 507, UNION, OR. 97883 I will be on vacation and unable to make it to our upcoming meeting so I have left the club's treasurer box with Gary Anger to give to the next Treasurer if I'm not re-elected. If I am re-elected, maybe someone could cover for me during?the meeting? Attached?is our financial statement as of 1-20-2024 showing our club balance of $6245.59 reflecting?+ $20 received?membership dues and -$200 to reimburse?Gary Anger for paying our club insurance. Please take notice that Community Bank is now charging $2.00 a month for paper bank statements to be mailed out. The club may exercise the option of going to electronic statements to save the $2.00 a month just let me or the new Treasurer know and we'll fill the form out.? ¿ªÔÆÌåÓýHi Mike.? This is just my opinion on the e-statement,? we get all
of our bank statements via email from both banks without issue.?
However? if the club wants to go that route I would be in favor of
setting up a set amount to be? paid to the Secretary to cover the
cost of printing and paper.? Maybe instead of the Secretary paying
dues he or she gets a pass on that to cover costs related to the
e-statement costs.? Regardless the person in the Secretary's
position shouldn't have to cover those costs out of his own
pocket. Were you able to figure out who has the $20.00 Dennis paid for the foot switch from Graham's equipment?? IF Dennis says he paid me that's fine let me know and I will hold up the stage and get it to you. Thanks Mike. Joel KD7JG
