Hi Spencer I "think" there is a prior section that says adopted or enforced.
That's pretty great!
One unfortunate part that it is written in there is Sec. 346 (d) (1) (), which states that rules/covenants/laws governing antennas can not be added. However, it does not retroactively cancel any current rules/covenants/laws. Just something to consider.
