Still having trouble. It connected for a bit then dropped. Also noticed that the BB for W0NE-1 isn't connecting me either.

Chris,

I looked back through the log and see your connection attempt but it looks like it's timing out shortly after connecting.

Packets from the digi are looking solid, so it might be a link issue between you and w0ne-7.? Are you able to use the W0NE-10 gateway?

Hi Chis and Ben,

?

I am able to connect to both the node and Winlink on both 145.030 and 145.67.

?

I shut down my Gateway and used a second station to run the test.? It¡¯s back on now.

?

The tones on 145.030 are much louder than the tones on 145.67, but was able to connect.

Hi again Chris,

?

Don¡¯t you have a clear path to the Witoka tower?? Curious why you would need to digipeat.

How should I set up the digipeater settings to use 145.030?

Hi Chis and Ben,

?

I am able to connect to both the node and Winlink on both 145.030 and 145.67.

?

I shut down my Gateway and used a second station to run the test.? It¡¯s back on now.

The tones on 145.030 are much louder than the tones on 145.67, but was able to connect.

I looked back through the log and see your connection attempt but it looks like it's timing out shortly after connecting.

Packets from the digi are looking solid, so it might be a link issue between you and w0ne-7.? Are you able to use the W0NE-10 gateway?

Still having trouble. It connected for a bit then dropped. Also noticed that the BB for W0NE-1 isn't connecting me either.

Sorry Chris, my fault. I was messing with some SDR stuff last night, rebooted, and forgot to relaunch Direwolf. Your settings are good. LMK if you still have trouble.

Hello Everyone,

We had 6 check-ins this week. Here is the roster:

RICHARD,N4RJB, PUNTA GORDA, CHARLOTTE, FL, USA, VARA UHF, W4DIG-10
Ken, W9GM/8, Marquette, Marquette, MI, USA, VARA HF, 40M, N0LCR-1
Boney, NA?SA, Rochester, MN, RadioMail on iOS
Chris, KD9CZM, Holmen, La Crosse County, WI, USA, VARA HF
W2ILT, Martin, Laurel Springs, Camden, NJ, VHF Packet
Bruce Lange,KC9LLI,Elroy,Juneau,Wi,USA

Welcome, Richard, to the net.

Next week we will resume our regular schedule now that summer is mostly over. As a reminder, the net will be open for check-ins any time on *Thursday* local time. I will also try to plan activities for the net a couple times a month.

For this Thursday let's try checking in P2P for those who are local and able. I will be set up to accept check-ins on 145.670 connected to KU0HN (Not W0NE).

Those in Rochester should be able to connect directly or via MNROC2. The Wisconsin folks have a bit more terrain in the way but can digipeat via W0NE-7.

Also, watching my TNC logs while I write this, it looks like 2 meters is wide open right now. 73 and happy packeting.

73,

Ben - KU0HN
