For Winlink Express instructions, I will refer you to the Emcomm-training.org's instructions since they are better than what I could come up with. ?They can be found here:

If you are using PAT, Click Action -> Position and complete the form. ?This will generate the message and post it to the outbox. ?From there you can copy/paste the contents to a new message addressed to W0NE. ?You can either send or discard the message to QTH in the outbox.
