Complaints

 

Hi guys, I just got back from a doctor appointment and It took me three tries before I was able to get a ride. The first time I tried, the driver wouldn¡¯t answer his phone, and it went right to voicemail. The second time, the driver was just puttering around nearby and he didn¡¯t even know what I was talking about in regard to my location. The office I was at is a place where I¡¯ve taken Lyft to many times in the past. I¡¯m particularly mad at the second driver as he couldn¡¯t be bothered to even try and have his GPS try and locate me. I can¡¯t find out where to file a complaint as I don¡¯t want to be charged for the first two rides where the drivers couldn¡¯t find me.

I don¡¯t know, but what happened was just uncalled for a while ago.

Somebody on one of the list, said that you can go onto the trip, and there is a button to report the driver. But it also I think depends on which app you're using as to whether this option is available. And I'm very sorry that this happened.
