I didn't build the Morse Code Tutor, but I did build the CW Messenger from chapter 10.? I built it on a protofboard. I'm sure the Morse Code Tutor build would be similar.

If the Si5340 has a mode with 180 degree outputs, then a very trivial change to the flip-flop circuits will allow divide-by-2. That gets you to 6M with ease.? Also note that John is using the LVC
