Circuit and sw details on splitting the functions over two processors? Maybe one of the mcu's could be a T4.0 to save some bucks?

First off, you need to have a good calibrated signal generator¡­ calibrated in db (or mv so that you can convert to db) that is either variable output or you have a good/accurate variable attenuator.

I rewound t1,2 and 3. Tested between each rewind, tuned out T3 was culprit, easiest to wind! Not sure what it was ,I may have had a solder bridge across C25 which on revised board is right next to
