Coiled extension cables for ServoCAT hand pads.

 

My question is regarding the coiled cables for the hand-pad. ?Can 2 coiled cables be linked together? ?If so, would a special connected be required?

Hi Mike:

You can connect two coiled cables together using a 4P4C coupling.
You would need to use a meter to insure that the coupling maintains the same end-to-end wiring pattern.

But how long of a cable do you want? I have 25' coiled cables for $14.00 + shipping.
I can make custom un-coiled cables for $6.00 + $2.00/foot + shipping.

Hi Bill,

I am in the process of building a small shed to set up next to my Obsession and would like to be able to use the hand control there rather than using a CATPaw. ?The uncoiled cable would be a better option and when I know the length I will contact you with the length.
