Wireless handpad

 

I bought a wireless handpad with my Gen 2 Servocat system. It has not been used in a very long time. Think pre-covid.
I have replaced the battery on it and now the lights come on, but it does not do anything. The wired handpad functions fine.
I have also opened up the back to see if anything is loose - but all is intact.
Any suggestions?

Additionally the cable from the DSC to my ARGO is frayed and has some wires exposed.
How to get a replacement and cost.

Do you have the remote antenna that is for receiving the signal from the wireless handpad?
