What kind of PHRF ratings are you getting for JAM racing? In the long island sound area i'm assigned a 206 with the 151 #1 head sail.

also, any thoughts on getting this boat moving in light air downwind (sans spinnaker?). in 5 knots or less of true wind - the boat is very slow on a broad reach - maybe getting low 3's thru the water.

The S2 manual for the 27 lists a PHRF of 174 at 350 sf of sail.
I've never done any racing, so I can't comment further than that.
As for downwind & reaching, I just replaced the dead speed log yesterday...
