S2 27 sailing performance in heavy weather
Hi, I am looking at an S2 27. I am on the western end of Lake Erie, so we occasionally get some winds 15+ Kts. and some pretty good chop to go with it. We currently own an O'day 25. I am concerned

Re: Alive??
It is alive and working but there has been no traffic this year until now. I am thinking that the S2 Yachts list is being used for s2-27. Mark

Re: Alive??
That seems like a shame to shut it down. I moderate another (yahoo car club) list and could do it if no one steps up or objects. Do you have it set to approve all posts or just new members? Mark

Model variations
Does anyone have any model specific details for each year, hull number, etc. I noticed the '85 brochure (my model #11) has a different interior from the '87. What hull number made this shift? What

Re: New Tack
I agree with maajique - and I'm new! The stuff on this site has been VERY helpful to me! Since the 27 was a short run vessel, it's nice to have a place for us to interact.

Re: New Tack
If it can transferred to me, I'd love to maintain it. I just bought an S2 27, upgrading from an O'day 192 of 6 years. Got tired of weather not cooperating with my schedule or vacation plans.
