I'm trying to figure out if the original 90S lower triple clamps were clear coated in 74 to 76 era or bear aluminum. I have several slightly different ones that are supposed to be 90S or at least from 74 through 76 bikes and all are marked differently and some are not clear coated.

If any out there have a known original bike, can you check please? A simple rub with a rag and aluminum polish (on a very small inconspicuous area) will tell you this.
