Two windows 10 machines functioning differently

I have a Win10 laptop in the study, and a Win10 NUC in the observatory outside.

On the study laptop I cannot see the upcoming event for Pien on 22 May in OW:

However on the observatory NUC machine, I can see this event for Pien in OW.? In fact I signed up for it, as you can see below.

I have tried purging the database on the study laptop, and even re-installing OW.? Nothing I've done so far will let me see this Pien event on this machine.

Any suggestions welcome!

I find that OW only updates some of the feeds every six hours or so.? After purging, I would wait for 6-12 hours and see what pops up.

?

Sorry I had to leave this morning.? I could have helped you get on the right track.? It was way simpler than what you ended up doing and then got all confused.? Sorry for that.

as heard by tech support....

DId you reboot?

lol

Hi Ted,

Why do you think they should show the same event in both setups? The settings of the two deployments are likely different.

In 99% of the cases of this issue being reported the problem would be explained by either the different settings or the different site coordiantes i.e. one of the events is not shown on one of the set ups because it does not pass the filter criteria on that installation for that configured site location.

Also your screenshots are too small to be able to see any additional information about the event.

Hristo.
