I don't think it's time for any panic.
Only the on-demand generation of Occult maps graphic is suspended, which is no tragedy.
I think we can handle this without any big problem.

Hristo's information shocked me.
Without the maps, I can only plan observations in the range of 1 sigma at
most. Since this number will be very low and since we in the north of
Germany have been suffering from poor observation conditions for a long
time, the number of observations will drop significantly.
I learned from Hristo at a dinner with him in Paris a few years ago that
the OW server is in Germany.
I really hope that we have enough software know-how here in the country to
be able to solve the problems as soon as possible.
It doesn't necessarily have to be a break of a month.
I - we are looking forward to Hristo's release.

Hi All,
I have disabled the OccultMap generation on OWC for the time being as I am
continuing to investigate the stability issues with the server.
This functionality could be unavailable for a prolonged period of time e.g.
a month or more.
