If you login to OWC and go to this page: and then choose the Save Sites page, do you see your stations?

I still have a backup of the previous installation, but I don't see a file, which contains all the site data.
It also looks that in OWC there are all still stored under Welcome > User Profile > Saved Sites, but there is see no option to export/import into OW.
