OW uses your computer's time zone to compute event times in regards to time zones and DST. If you are running OW on Windows then make sure your Windows timezone is your Arizona timezone.
If you are running OW on a Mac - then I don't know how the timezone information is provided from the Mac to the Windows VM but again OW event times will be always following the configured time zone in Windows.
Hope this helps.

I'm in Arizona, USA which doesn't follow DST.
I was looking at the Europa/Io event on March 5th and the software provides a local time for the event of 6:29am. I loaded up Stellarium to see the big picture and the event doesn't appear to take place till 7:29am local time.In Stellarium I have my time zone set to Phoenix (mountain time) and have disabled DST, and since I haven't noticed any issues before, I believe Stellarium is configured correctly.
Is there a setting in Occult Watcher I might have missed regarding DST?
Oh, a couple more pieces of evidence. I have a couple of additional planet satellite events, one on 17Mar and the other on 29Mar. These two events agree with what Stellarium shows.
DST doesn't kick in until the morning of 7Mar, so the first event on the 5th is before DST while the other two events are after DST is "on".
